Why Property you should not laminate a property documents.
Getting home loan / loan against a property on laminated property document is challenge. A finance company will refuse to accept laminated property document. This could happen at final stage of transaction when finance company lawyer would check and receive original property document before handing over loan payment cheque.
De-lamination can damage document.
Reason: It is difficult to differentiate between laminated original document and coloured copy.
Buyers: Be careful while receiving such laminated documents in a transaction.
